VISUAL MEDITATION - balance through simply looking at an image and finding a focus point.
Choose one of the available meditations listed in the player above. Click the PLAYLIST to change.
MENTAL CLARITY: With the mental clarity meditation, allow your eyes to fix on the dot in the center of the screen. Focus your mind on nothing but this dot and allow your peripheral vision to absorb the colors floating in and out. Don't focus on the colors, just the dot.

EMOTIONAL CLARITY: With the Emotional Clarity Meditation focus on one of the 4 colored circles in the middle of the screen. The color you choose determines where you are as far as your emotional state is concerned. Stay fixed on the circle you FIRST choose the whole time and allow yourself to get lost in the transition it takes. The color scheme will help you balance your mood. Allow your peripheral vision to absorb what it needs as you focus on your circle.
