Intuitive Coaching are merely a road map. Do as you choose with the guidance and
answers you receive. It is based on the energy around you at the time of the session.

All sessions and areas of practice are
held in strict confidence. The service I offer are of a personal and private nature
and I respect the space and choices of All.
Definition
of a Session:
A session is when money, gift certificate, gift card
or a pre-determined barter of services are arranged and a time, date, length of
session is set and confirmed by all parties to meet in a private setting whether
it be in person, by phone or by e-mail. Casual questions and inquiries presented
at random and asked outside the guidelines set forth of this definition are NOT
considered a session and will be treated as normal routine inquiries and conversation.
Payment:
Spiritual and Intuitive
Sessions must be paid for in advance. Appointments will not be scheduled until
payment is received.
Return Check Policy:
There will be a $30 Return Check Fee applied.
Cancellation
Policy:
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your session.
To reschedule a session that is not cancelled 24 hours prior you will have to
pay a $25 re-scheduling fee before your session takes place. No refunds on any
scheduled sessions, you may use a credit on something else within Just Simply
Spiritual or gift it to another person
Courtesy
Session or Bartering of Service:
If you receive a "Courtesy
Session Gift Card" from Just Simply Spiritual or participate in any form
of bartering of service or product, these area's are absolutely non-transferable
and there will be no refunds of any kind. The original agreement for the exchange
of service will prevail.
Workshops & Personal Retreats:
Workshops:
When
you sign up for a group workshop please remember once you pay there are no refunds
or carry-overs. Due to the fact these workshops are scheduled, planned and implemented
based on the number of people attending.
Personal
Retreats:
When you sign up for a personal retreat please keep in mind
this is a very tailored and specific service which requires a lot of planned detail
and scheduling. All personal retreats are offered during a specific time
frame and when you pay for this service be aware you MUST use it during
that time frame unless otherwise approved. If you have to reschedule your initial
time there will be a $50 rescheduling fee for each appointment rescheduled. As
well as after 6 months of not using the personal retreat there is a 10% penalty
on the total price. The fees can be handled in one of two ways: You can deduct
if from your initial Retreat price and re-vamp the services or you can pay the
fee's up front and keep the original retreat schedule. Gas prices and travel fees
may be added after 6 months based on cost increases which may have occurred during
the lapsed time. There are NO REFUNDS, you must use the personal retreat or ask
about using it in other areas of Just Simply Spiritual.
